We offer FREE* shipping on all Canadian orders over $150**
All products ordered on our Website will be shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, Quebec.
We use Canada Post for Canadian, US, and international orders. Canadian Territories, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are subject to an additional surcharge.
Orders are subject to shipping charges, which are automatically calculated, based on the province or territory in Canada where the item will be shipped. You will be able to view your total including all shipping charges before your transaction is processed.
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Depending on the shipping method, you will receive an email with a tracking number, if available.
We are unable to ship to P.O BOX addresses for security reasons.
We aim to deliver our products within the time frames provided to the best of our abilities. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. Any expected time frames are only for general guidance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please make sure you have listed your correct shipping address before submitting your payment. If a package is returned to us due to an old or incorrect address, the order will not be replaced or reimbursed.
VONMEL LUXE GIFTS reserves the right to reject and refund any order shipping to any country deemed difficult for delivery.
If a shipment to an international destination is refused by the buyer/recipient, we will not provide a refund for the abandoned package, nor have it shipped back to us.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order from the day it was placed. Orders placed after 3 pm Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.
All orders placed on weekends, holidays, or national and provincial holidays within Quebec, will be processed the following business day.
Please note that during the Holiday Season, Valentine's day, Mother's day, Father’s day and other busy periods, it may not be possible to process all orders the same day. We will try our absolute best to ensure all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. We are committed to resupplying stocks regularly and only show the available products on our Website, however, it may happen that we run out of stock of certain products, colors or sizes of items in our inventory when your order is placed. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with an order confirmation with the date of receipt of your order, availability and price of each item ordered. If for any reason, an ordered item unexpectedly becomes unavailable for shipment, we may and reserve the right to cancel the order.
Please note that some items may have to be special ordered and are not always kept in stock. In this case, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. For current stock, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Out of stock items may be available for backorder. We will e-mail you within 2 business days with the option to backorder your item or cancel your order. You will not be charged until your item is ready to ship.

We will attempt to cancel your order if it has not already shipped. We cannot issue any credit until the shipping department has confirmed the cancellation.
If your item has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns policy below.
We want you to be happy with your experience and 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions might apply to a few products and brands and might require a restocking fee. See product details for any exceptions.
All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment. Price adjustments cannot be made.
The original shipping paid at the time of the order will not be reimbursed.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your refund and an additional 3-5 days for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your credit card.
All items must be in perfect condition; unused and undamaged, in the same condition it was received, along with all original packaging, tags, and receipt. Once the item is received, it will be inspected to determine it meets the above criteria for a refund. You will be notified by e-mail once the return has been processed.
If your item does not meet the criteria listed, it will be sent back to you and a $25 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping.
We will not cover costs incurred to return your item, with the exception of any damaged products that we accept liability for.
Please note that before the return is approved, customs and taxes on US and international returns must be fully paid by the customer.
Sale items, jewelry, cosmetics, candles, tea or tea gift sets, monogrammed or personalized items are final sale.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
-Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
-We will send you a Return Authorization Number.
-Ship the item in its original condition and packaging, well padded to prevent damage in transit, along with your receipt.
-Write the provided Authorization Return Number on the outside of your package.
-Send your package to the address we have provided to you by email.
The rate of sales tax that will apply to an order is dependent on the delivery address of the order. The 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to all orders in every province except for the following provinces in which the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is added to all orders: Nova Scotia (15%), Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador (13%) and Prince Edward Island (14%).
In addition, provincial sale tax is added to all orders in the province of Québec (9.975%).
Sales taxes do not apply to US and international orders.
While we try as hard as possible to meet your needs, we also reserve the right to revise any price or inaccurate description and to cancel or refuse any order with an inaccurate price or description, even after the acceptance of an order. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. VONMEL LUXE GIFTS has the right to hold your order for a security review or to decline an order, in its sole discretion. All orders through our Website are subject to our approval.
